Notes:Neon polishes dry to a satin finish. We recommend applying a layer of top coat for a glossy shine. Store product in a cool, dark place.

Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2-3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat.
